Art. 94 A. Capacity to marry

Marriage may be entered into by two person who have reached 18 years of age and have capacity of judgement.

Art. 93 III. Prescrizione

Le azioni derivanti dal fidanzamento si prescrivono in un anno dalla rottura del medesimo.
