Art. 45

1 When voting by a show of hands in accordance with Article 44 paragraph 2, the votes need not be counted if the result of the vote is obvious.24

2 The number of votes cast and the number of abstentions must be counted in every case in the case of:

a.
votes on entire bills;
b.
final votes;
c.
votes that require the approval of a majority of the members of the Council in accordance with Article 159 paragraph 3 of the Federal Constitution25 in order to be accepted.

Art. 45

1 Nelle votazioni per alzata di mano di cui all’articolo 44 capoverso 2 si può rinunciare al conteggio dei voti qualora il risultato della votazione sia manifesto.24

2 I voti e le astensioni sono conteggiati in ogni caso:

a.
nelle votazioni sul complesso;
b.
nelle votazioni finali;
c.
nelle votazioni in cui è richiesto il consenso della maggioranza dei deputati conformemente all’articolo 159 capoverso 3 della Costituzione federale25.
