Art. 5 Swearing-in

1 All persons present in the chamber shall rise for the swearing-in.

2 The President shall request the Secretary-General to read out the solemn promise or oath.

3 Persons swearing the oath raise shall three fingers of their right hand and say the words «I swear»; persons making the solemn promise say the words «I solemnly promise».

Art. 5 Giuramento

1 All’atto del giuramento tutti i presenti in aula si alzano.

2 Il presidente invita il segretario generale a dar lettura della formula di giuramento o promessa solenne.

3 Chi presta giuramento pronuncia, levando tre dita della mano destra, le parole «lo giuro»; chi presta promessa solenne pronuncia le parole «lo prometto».
