Art. 39 Collating the results

Following the close of voting, the cantons shall establish the following on the basis of the reports from the polling stations:

a.
the number of persons eligible to vote and the number of persons who voted;
b.
the number of valid, invalid, and blank ballot papers;
c.
the number of votes that the individual candidates on each list have received (candidate votes);
d.75
the number of additional votes for each list (Art. 37);
e.76
the sum of the candidate votes and additional votes for the individual lists (party votes);
f.
in respect of combined lists, the total of the votes cast in favour of the group on the lists;
g.
the number of blank votes.

Art. 39 Compilazione dei risultati

Dopo l’elezione, i Cantoni stabiliscono in base ai processi verbali degli uffici elettorali:

a.
il numero degli elettori e dei votanti;
b.
il numero delle schede valide, nulle e bianche;
c.
il numero dei suffragi raccolti dai singoli candidati di ogni lista (voti personali);
d.77
il numero dei suffragi di complemento di ogni lista (art. 37);
e.78
le somme dei voti personali e dei suffragi di complemento delle singole liste (voti di partito);
f.
per le liste congiunte il numero totale dei suffragi spettanti ad ogni gruppo;
g.
il numero dei voti non emessi.
