Art. 32a Declaration of the invalidity of candidacies

1 If a multiple candidacy is discovered following the rectification of the candidate lists, the candidacy concerned shall be declared invalid on all the lists affected:

a.
by the canton, where the same candidate appears on more than one list in that canton;
b.
by the Federal Chancellery, where the same candidate appears on lists in more than one canton.

2 The cantons concerned and the Federal Chancellery shall inform each other immediately of the candidacies that have been declared invalid.

3 Where possible, the names of persons whose candidacy has been declared invalid shall be deleted from the lists before they are published.

4 The declaration of the invalidity of a candidacy on lists that have already been published shall be published immediately in electronic form in the Federal Gazette and in the official gazette of all the cantons concerned.

Art. 32a Annullamento di candidature

1 Se dopo che le proposte di candidatura sono state definitivamente stabilite è scoperta una candidatura plurima, quest’ultima è dichiarata nulla su tutte le liste interes-sate:

a.
dal Cantone, se lo stesso candidato figura su più liste del Cantone;
b.
dalla Cancelleria federale, se lo stesso candidato figura su liste di più Cantoni.

2 I Cantoni interessati e la Cancelleria federale si comunicano immediatamente quali candidature sono state dichiarate nulle.

3 Per quanto possibile, i nomi delle persone la cui candidatura è stata dichiarata nulla sono stralciati dalle liste prima che queste ultime siano pubblicate.

4 L’annullamento di una candidatura che figura su liste già pubblicate è pubblicato immediatamente in forma elettronica e nel Foglio ufficiale di tutti i Cantoni interessati, nonché nel Foglio federale, con l’indicazione dei motivi dell’annullamento.
