1 The signatories must appoint an agent for the candidate list and a deputy agent. If they fail to do so, then those persons whose names appear in first and second place as signatories to the list are deemed to be the agent and deputy agent respectively.
2 The agent and, in the event of their incapacity, the deputy agent have the right and the obligation to make such legally-binding declarations on behalf of the signatories as may be required to obviate any objections.
1 I firmatari della proposta devono designare un rappresentante e un suo sostituto. Se vi rinunciano, si riterrà rappresentante il primo firmatario e sostituto il secondo.
2 Il rappresentante e, se questi è impedito, il suo sostituto hanno il diritto e il dovere di fare validamente in nome dei firmatari le dichiarazioni necessarie a togliere le difficoltà che potessero sorgere.
