Art. 79 Expiry

Temporary protection expires if the person in need of protection:

a.
has transferred the focus of their living conditions abroad;
b.
has renounced temporary protection;
c.
has received a permanent residence permit in accordance with the FNIA200; or
d.201
is made subject to a legally enforceable expulsion order under Article 66a or 66abis SCC202 or Article 49a or 49abis MCC203or a legally enforceable expulsion order under Article 68 FNIA204

Art. 79 Termine della protezione provvisoria

La protezione provvisoria ha termine se la persona protetta:

a.
trasferisce il centro della sua vita in un altro Paese;
b.
rinuncia alla protezione provvisoria;
c.
ha ottenuto un permesso di domicilio sulla base della LStrI200; o
d.201
è oggetto di una decisione d’espulsione ai sensi dell’articolo 66a o 66abis CP202, dell’articolo 49a o 49abis CPM203 o dell’articolo 68 LStrI204, passata in giudicato.
