Art. 98c Cooperation and coordination with fedpol

1 SEM shall work with fedpol within the scope of its statutory duties in relation to combating terrorism.

2 It shall coordinate the measures within its sphere of responsibility with fedpol’s preventive police and administrative measures.

Art. 98c Collaborazione e coordinamento con fedpol

1 La SEM collabora con fedpol nell’ambito dei suoi compiti legali nella lotta al terrorismo.

2 Coordina le misure di sua competenza con le misure preventive di polizia e le misure amministrative di fedpol.
