946.311 Ordonnance du DEFR du 9 avril 2008 sur l'attestation de l'origine non préférentielle des marchandises (OOr-DEFR)
Art. 3 Tolerance rule
Materials that are not of Swiss origin may be used in the manufacture of a product if:
- a.
- their total value does not exceed 10% of the ex-works price of the product; and
- b.
- the application of this Article does not result in the maximum permitted percentages for certain materials without originating status stipulated in column 3 of the lists in Annex 2 being exceeded.
Art. 3 Règle de tolérance
Les matières qui ne sont pas d’origine suisse peuvent être utilisées pour la fabrication d’un produit:
- a.
- si leur valeur totale n’excède pas 10 % du prix départ usine du produit, et
- b.
- si l’application du présent article n’entraîne pas le dépassement des taux maximaux autorisés figurant à la colonne 3 des listes de l’annexe 2 pour des matières non originaires données.
