Art. 29d

1 Holders of an additional licence shall notify the Central Office immediately of any changes in the circumstances in which the licence is based.

2 If the changes are of material significance, the licence holder must obtain written authorisation from the Central Office before continuing the activity.

Art. 29d

1 Les titulaires d’une autorisation supplémentaire annoncent immédiatement au bureau central toute modification des faits déterminante pour l’octroi de l’autorisation.

2 En cas de modification importante, ils sont tenus de demander une autorisation écrite du bureau central avant de poursuivre leur activité.
