For flavourings, the indications specified in Article 2 paragraph 2 may be used only if they are flavouring preparations or natural flavouring substances authorised for processing in accordance with Article 16k and their flavouring components and carriers are all organic.

En ce qui concerne les arômes, les dénominations de l’art. 2, al. 2, ne peuvent être utilisées que pour les préparations aromatisantes ou les substances aromatisantes naturelles autorisées en vertu de l’art. 16k pour la transformation, à condition que tous leurs composants et supports aromatisants soient biologiques.
