1 The Confederation or the third parties that it instructs shall ensure the delivery of the essential medical goods procured under Article 14 to a distribution centre for each canton. In exceptional cases, the Confederation in consultation with the cantons may supply eligible facilities and organisations directly.
2 The cantons shall designate cantonal distribution centres for goods that are not supplied directly to the recipient, and shall give notice of these to the responsible federal authorities.
3 They shall ensure that essential medical goods that have been delivered are distributed as required and in good time on their territory.
1 La Confédération ou les tiers qu’elle a mandatés veillent à la livraison des biens médicaux importants acquis conformément à l’art. 14 aux services centraux de livraison cantonaux. Dans des cas exceptionnels, la Confédération peut, en accord avec les cantons, livrer directement des établissements et des organisations ayant droit à des biens médicaux importants.
2 Pour les biens qui ne peuvent pas être livrés directement aux destinataires, les cantons désignent des services de livraison cantonaux et les annoncent aux autorités fédérales compétentes.
3 Si nécessaire, ils veillent à la redistribution en temps utile, sur leur territoire, des biens médicaux importants qui ont été livrés.
