Art. 25 Responsibilities of the FOCBS

The Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS)5 shall enforce the prohibition on import and transit specified in Article 23 paragraph 1.

Art. 25 Tâches de l’OFDF

L’Office fédéral de la douane et de la sécurité des frontières (OFDF)5 exécute l’interdiction d’importation et de transit prévue à l’art. 23, al. 1.
