Art. 74 Repeal of the Waters Protection Act

The Federal Act of 8 October 197194 on the Protection of Waters against Pollution (the Waters Protection Act) is repealed.

Art. 74 Abrogation de la loi sur la protection des eaux

La loi fédérale du 8 octobre 1971 sur la protection des eaux contre la pollution95 (loi sur la protection des eaux) est abrogée.
