Art. 55 Federal charges

1 The Confederation shall levy charges for its permits and inspections, as well as for any special services provided under this Act.

2 The Federal Council shall determine the rates for such charges.

Art. 55 Émoluments fédéraux

1 La Confédération perçoit des émoluments pour les autorisations qu’elle délivre, les contrôles qu’elle effectue, ainsi que pour les prestations spéciales qu’elle fournit conformément à la présente loi.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe le tarif des émoluments.
