Art. 67 Fees

1 Fees shall be levied in respect of:

a.
the granting, suspension or revocation of authorisations;
b.
the conduct of inspections;
c.
the ordering and performance of measures.

2 The Federal Council shall set the fees for enforcement by the federal authorities.

Art. 67 Émoluments

1 Des émoluments sont perçus pour:

a.
l’octroi, la suspension et le retrait d’autorisations;
b.
l’exécution des contrôles;
c.
la prescription et l’exécution de mesures.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe le barème des émoluments perçus au titre de l’exécution de la présente loi par les autorités fédérales.
