Art. 15 Regulations of the Federal Council

1 The Federal Council shall specify the requirements which information must fulfil under the terms of Articles 12 letter b and 13 paragraph 2 letters f and g.

2 It may specify which other therapeutic methods have no comparable benefit for the recipient.

Art. 15 Dispositions édictées par le Conseil fédéral

1 Le Conseil fédéral définit les exigences auxquelles doit satisfaire l’information au sens des art. 12, let. b et 13, al. 2, let. f et g.

2 Il peut déterminer les méthodes thérapeutiques qui n’ont pas une efficacité comparable pour le receveur.
