Art. 29 Task

1 Cadastral Surveying shall guarantee that geospatial reference data of proprietary and descriptive nature about land parcels is available.

2 This task includes in particular:

a.
the densification of the geodetic reference framework;
b.
the marking and surveying of the cantonal, district and communal boundaries;
c.
the marking and surveying of land parcel boundaries;
d.
the collection, updating and management of topographic information related to land parcels;
e.
the preparation of the cadastral map for the Land Register.

3 The Federal Council regulates the main features of Cadastral Surveying and in particular:

a.
the marking and surveying of the boundaries of the land parcels;
b.
the minimum requirements to which the cantonal authorities are subject;
c.
the overall management and supervision carried out by the Confederation;
d.
the topical and technical limits with regard to other official geodata.

Art. 29 Tâche

1 La mensuration officielle garantit la disponibilité des géodonnées de référence qui lient les propriétaires et des informations descriptives concernant les immeubles.

2 Cette tâche comprend notamment:

a.
la densification des cadres géodésiques de référence;
b.
l’abornement et la mensuration des limites des cantons, des districts et des communes;
c.
l’abornement et la mensuration des limites des immeubles;
d.
la saisie, la mise à jour et la gestion des informations topographiques concernant les immeubles;
e.
la mise à disposition du plan du registre foncier.

3 Le Conseil fédéral fixe les principes de la mensuration officielle, en particulier:

a.
l’abornement et la mensuration des limites des immeubles;
b.
les exigences minimales applicables à l’organisation cantonale;
c.
la direction générale et la haute surveillance de la Confédération;
d.
la délimitation concrète par rapport aux autres géodonnées de base.
