Art. 23 Granting of financial assistance

1 The Confederation shall grant financial assistance in response to an application. Applications must provide information on the intended measures and include a funding plan.

2 The Confederation shall grant financial assistance in the form of a public service agreement or a ruling. If possible, public service agreements shall be entered into for a term of several years.

Art. 23 Octroi d’aides financières

1 La Confédération accorde les aides financières sur demande. Les demandes font état des mesures envisagées et sont accompagnées d’un plan de financement.

2 La Confédération accorde les aides financières sous la forme d’une convention de prestations ou d’une décision. Les conventions de prestations sont conclues dans la mesure du possible pour plusieurs années.
