Art. 46 Decision-making

1 The Federal Council decides on the eligibility of funding of higher education institutions and other institutions within the higher education sector.

2 It shall first hear the Plenary Assembly.

1 Le Conseil fédéral décide du droit aux contributions des hautes écoles et des autres institutions du domaine des hautes écoles.

2 Il consulte au préalable la Conférence plénière.
