414.20 Loi fédérale du 30 septembre 2011 sur l'encouragement des hautes écoles et la coordination dans le domaine suisse des hautes écoles (Loi sur l'encouragement et la coordination des hautes écoles, LEHE)
Art. 1 Purpose and object
1 The Confederation works with the Cantons to coordinate, maintain the quality and ensure the competitiveness of the entire higher education sector in Switzerland.
2 For this purpose, the present Act establishes the basic principles applying to the following:
- a.
- coordination of the entire Swiss higher education sector, particularly through the specification of joint bodies;
- b.
- quality control and accreditation;
- c.
- funding of higher education institutions and other institutions within the higher education sector;
- d.
- allocation of tasks in particularly costly areas;
- e.
- granting of federal contributions.
Art. 1 But et objet
1 La Confédération veille avec les cantons à la coordination, à la qualité et à la compétitivité du domaine suisse des hautes écoles.
2 La présente loi règle les domaines suivants:
- a.
- la coordination de la politique des hautes écoles à l’échelle nationale, en particulier par l’institution d’organes communs;
- b.
- l’assurance de la qualité et de l’accréditation;
- c.
- le financement de hautes écoles et d’autres institutions du domaine des hautes écoles;
- d.
- la répartition des tâches dans les domaines particulièrement onéreux;
- e.
- l’octroi de contributions fédérales.
