Art. 62 Infringements and negligence

1 Any person who provides work-based training:

a.
without obtaining the permit referred to in Article 20 paragraph 2;
b.
outside the framework of an apprenticeship contract (Art. 14);

shall be liable to a fine.

2 In cases where the fault is minor, an official reprimand may be issued instead.

Art. 62 Infractions à la loi

1 Sera puni de l’amende quiconque forme des personnes:

a.
sans détenir l’autorisation mentionnée aux art. 20, al. 2;
b.
sans avoir conclu de contrat d’apprentissage (art. 14).

2 En cas de faute légère, l’autorité de jugement peut adresser un avertissement.
