Art. 80m Notification of rulings

1 The executing authority and the appellate authority shall give notice of their rulings to:

a.
the entitled person living in Switzerland;
b.
the entitled person living abroad and with an address for service of documents in Switzerland.

2 The right to notification shall end when the ruling concluding the mutual assistance proceedings becomes legally enforceable.

Art. 80m Notification des décisions

1 L’autorité d’exécution et l’autorité de recours notifient leurs décisions:

a.
à l’ayant droit domicilié en Suisse;
b.
à l’ayant droit résidant à l’étranger qui a élu domicile en Suisse.

2 Le droit à la notification s’éteint lorsque la décision de clôture de la procédure d’entraide est exécutoire.
