Art. 80dnovies novies Confidentiality and data protection

1 The confidentiality of the information, including the confidentiality of the investigation, must be preserved.

2 The protection of personal data is governed by the law of the state in which the investigative measure is carried out.

1 La confidentialité des informations, y compris le secret de l’instruction, est garantie.
