Art. 77

1 Foreign requests shall be addressed to the appropriate cantonal authority through the intermediary of the Federal Office.

2 Requests for extracts from the Register of Convictions or for determining the identity of a person shall be addressed to the Federal Office123.

Art. 77

1 Les demandes de l’étranger sont adressées à l’autorité cantonale compétente par l’entremise de l’office fédéral.

2 Les demandes d’extraits de casier judiciaire ou de vérifications d’identité sont adressées à l’office fédéral120.
