Art. 57 Extradition

1 The Federal Office shall issue the necessary rulings in agreement with the cantonal authorities.

2 It shall notify the requesting State of the decision as well as of the date and place of extradition.

1 L’office fédéral ordonne les mesures nécessaires avec l’accord des autorités cantonales.

2 Il communique la décision à l’État requérant et lui fait connaître le temps et le lieu de l’exécution.
