Art. 11 Legal definitions

1 A defendant under this Act is any person under suspicion, subject to criminal proceedings or on whom a sentence has been imposed.33

2 A sentence is any penalty or other measure.

Art. 11 Définitions légales

1 Est poursuivi, au sens de la présente loi, tout suspect et toute personne contre lesquels une action pénale est ouverte ou une sanction pénale prononcée.

2 Par sanction, il faut entendre toute peine ou mesure.
