Art. 81 Work

1 The prison inmate is obliged to work. Wherever possible, the work should be appropriate to his skills, education and training and his interests.

2 If he consents to do so, the prison inmate may work for a private employer.

Art. 81 Travail

1 Le détenu est astreint au travail. Ce travail doit correspondre, autant que possible, à ses aptitudes, à sa formation et à ses intérêts.

2 S’il y consent, le détenu peut être occupé auprès d’un employeur privé.
