Art. 309 Administrative cases and proceedings before international courts

Articles 306–308 also apply to:

a.: the administrative court proceedings, arbitration proceedings and proceedings before public authorities and public officials who are entitled to examine witnesses;
b.: proceedings before international courts where Switzerland recognises their mandatory jurisdiction.

Art. 309 Affaires administratives et procédure devant les tribunaux internationaux

Les art. 306 à 308 sont aussi applicables:

a.: à la procédure devant les tribunaux administratifs, devant des tribunaux arbitraux et devant les autorités et fonctionnaires de l’administration ayant qualité pour recevoir des témoignages;
b.: à la procédure devant les tribunaux internationaux dont la Suisse reconnaît la compétence obligatoire.
