Art. 299 Violation of foreign territorial sovereignty

1.  Any person who violates the territorial sovereignty of a foreign state, in particular by conducting official activities without authorisation on foreign territory,

any person who enters foreign territory in breach of international law,

shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

2.  Any person who attempts from within Swiss territory to disrupt the political order of a foreign state through the use of force shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

Art. 299 Violation de la souveraineté territoriale étrangère

1.  Celui qui aura violé la souveraineté territoriale d’un État étranger, notamment en procédant indûment à des actes officiels sur le territoire de cet État,

celui qui aura pénétré sur le territoire d’un État étranger contrairement au droit des gens,

sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.

2.  Celui qui, du territoire suisse, aura tenté de troubler par la violence l’ordre politique d’un État étranger sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
