Art. 289 Removal of seized property

Any person who removes from official control an item of property which has been officially seized shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.

Art. 289 Soustraction d’objets mis sous main de l’autorité

Celui qui aura soustrait des objets mis sous main de l’autorité sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
