Art. 275 Attacks on the constitutional order

Any person who carries out an act which is intended to disrupt or alter the constitutional order of the Confederation320 or the cantons321 in an unlawful manner shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding five years or to a monetary penalty.

Art. 275 Atteintes à l’ordre constitutionnel

Celui qui aura commis un acte tendant à troubler ou à modifier d’une manière illicite l’ordre fondé sur la Constitution ou la Constitution d’un canton320, sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de cinq ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
