Art. 264i 4. Violation of a ceasefire or peace agreement. Offences against a peace negotiator. Delayed repatriation of prisoners of war

The penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or a monetary penalty for any person who:

a.: continues military operations after receiving official notification of an agreement on a ceasefire or a peace agreement, or violates the conditions of the ceasefire in some other way;
b.: abuses, insults or without reason obstructs an opposing peace negotiator or any of his party;
c.: without justification delays the repatriation of prisoners of war after conclusion of military operations.

Art. 264i 4. Rupture d’un armistice ou de la paix. Délit contre un parlementaire. Retardement du rapatriement de prisonniers de guerre

Est puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire quiconque:

a.: continue les hostilités après avoir eu officiellement connaissance de la conclusion d’un armistice ou de la paix ou enfreint les conditions d’un armistice de toute autre manière;
b.: maltraite, injurie ou retient indûment un parlementaire ennemi ou une personne qui l’accompagne;
c.: retarde d’une manière injustifiée le rapatriement de prisonniers de guerre après la fin des hostilités.
