Any person who, with the intention of causing financial loss or damaging the rights of another or of obtaining an unlawful advantage for himself or another, removes, moves, renders unrecognisable, falsely positions or falsifies a boundary stone or other boundary marker shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
Celui qui, dans le dessein de porter atteinte aux intérêts pécuniaires ou aux droits d’autrui, ou de se procurer ou de procurer à un tiers un avantage illicite, aura supprimé, déplacé, rendu méconnaissable, falsifié ou placé à faux une borne ou tout autre signe de démarcation sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
