1. Any person who wilfully propagates a parasite or micro-organism that constitutes a danger to agriculture or forestry, shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
If the offender maliciously causes serious loss, damage or injury, the penalty is a custodial sentence of from one to five years.
2. If the person concerned acts through negligence, the penalty is a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or a monetary penalty.
1. Celui qui, intentionnellement, aura propagé un parasite ou germe dangereux pour la culture agricole ou forestière sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
La peine sera une peine privative de liberté de un à cinq ans si, par bassesse de caractère, le délinquant a causé un dommage considérable.
2. La peine sera une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou une peine pécuniaire si le délinquant a agi par négligence.
