Art. 386 Notice and deposit

1 Each party is served with notice of the award.

2 Each party may at his or her own expense deposit a copy of the award with the ordinary court that has jurisdiction under Article 356 paragraph 1.

3 At the request of a party, this court shall certify the award as enforceable.

Art. 385 Accord entre les parties

Lorsque les parties mettent fin au litige pendant la procédure d’arbitrage, le tribunal arbitral leur en donne acte, sur requête, sous la forme d’une sentence.
