Art. 347 Enforceability

Official records relating to any type of performance may be enforced in the same way as judicial decisions if:

a.
the obligee expressly declares in the record that he or she accepts direct enforcement;
b.
the legal ground for the performance due is mentioned in the record; and
c.
the performance due is:
1.
sufficiently specified in the record,
2.
accepted in the record by the obligee, and
3.
due.

Art. 346 Recours de tiers

Les tiers peuvent former un recours contre les décisions d’exécution qui portent atteinte à leurs droits.
