Art. 308 Decisions that may be contested

1 An appeal is admissible against:

a.
final and interim decisions of first instance;
b.
decisions of first instance on interim measures.

2 In financial matters, an appeal is admissible only if the value of the claim in the most recent prayers for relief is at least 10,000 francs.

Lorsqu’une personne a adopté l’enfant mineur de son partenaire enregistré, les art. 295 à 302 sont applicables par analogie.
