272 Code de procédure civile du 19 décembre 2008 (CPC)

Art. 221 Statement of claim

1 The statement of claim contains:

a.
the designation of the parties and their representatives, if any;
b.
the prayers for relief;
c.
a statement of the value in dispute;
d.
the allegations of fact;
e.
notice of the evidence offered for each allegation of fact;
f.
the date and signature.

2 The following must be filed together with the statement of claim:

a.
a power of attorney where a party is represented;
b.
the authorisation to proceed or the declaration that conciliation is being waived, if applicable;
c.
the available physical records to be offered in evidence;
d.
a list of the evidence offered.

3 The statement of claim may include a statement of legal grounds.

Art. 220 Introduction
