Art. 39 Publication of the judgment

The court may order, at the request of the successful party, that the judgement be published at the expense of the other party. The court determines the form and extent of publication.

Art. 39 Publication du jugement

Sur requête de la partie qui obtient gain de cause, le tribunal peut ordonner la publication du jugement aux frais de l’autre partie. Il détermine le mode et l’étendue de la publication.
