Art. 933 IV. Change in facts

1 If a fact must be entered in the commercial register, any change in this fact must also be recorded.

2 A person no longer associated with an entity is entitled to apply for the entry relating to them to be deleted. The Ordinance regulates the details.

Art. 930 II. Numéro d’identification des entreprises

Les entités juridiques inscrites au registre du commerce reçoivent un numéro d’identification des entreprises tel qu’il est prévu par la loi fédérale du 18 juin 2010 sur le numéro d’identification des entreprises773.
