Art. 702a IV. Right of members of the board of directors and the executive board to make a statement; Right of the board of directors to table motions

1 If members of the board of directors or the executive board participate in the general meeting, they may make a statement on any item on the agenda.

2 The board of directors may table motions on any item on the agenda.

Art. 701e c. Conditions du recours aux médias électroniques

1 Le conseil d’administration règle le recours aux médias électroniques.

2 Il s’assure que:

1.
l’identité des participants est établie;
2.
les interventions à l’assemblée générale sont retransmises en direct;
3.
tout participant peut faire des propositions et prendre part aux débats;
4.
le résultat du vote ne peut pas être falsifié.
