Art. 611 VII. Entitlement to interest and profit

1 Limited partners are entitled to interest and profit only where and to the extent that payment thereof does not result in a reduction of their specific contribution.

2 However, limited partners are required to repay interest and profit unlawfully received. Article 64 applies.291

Art. 609 V. Diminution du montant de la commandite

1 Lorsque le commanditaire, par une convention avec les autres associés ou par des prélèvements, a diminué le montant de la commandite, tel qu’il a été inscrit ou indiqué d’une autre manière, cette modification n’est opposable aux tiers que si elle a été inscrite sur le registre du commerce et publiée.

2 Les dettes sociales nées avant cette publication demeurent garanties par le montant intégral de la commandite.
