Art. 418s III. Death, incapacity, bankruptcy

1 The agency relationship ends on the death or incapacity of the agent or the bankruptcy of the principal.

2 Where in essence the agency relationship was entered into with the principal in person, it ends on his death.

Art. 418r 2. Pour de justes motifs

1 Le mandant et l’agent peuvent, sans avertissement préalable, résilier immédiatement le contrat pour de justes motifs.

2 Les dispositions relatives au contrat de travail sont applicables par analogie.
