1 The homeworker must start the work he has accepted on time, finish it by the agreed deadline and deliver the results to the employer.
2 If the work is defective and the homeworker is at fault, he is obliged to rectify it at his own expense to the extent that the defects can be removed.
1 Le travailleur est tenu de commencer à temps le travail qu’il a accepté, de l’achever pour le terme convenu et d’en livrer le produit à l’employeur.
2 Si le travail exécuté est défectueux par sa faute, le travailleur le corrige à ses frais dans la mesure où les défauts peuvent être supprimés.
