Art. 217 B. Conditional purchase and reservation of ownership

1 Conditional purchases of immovable property are not entered in the land register until the condition has been fulfilled.

2 A reservation of ownership may not be entered in the land register.

Art. 217 B. Vente conditionnelle et réserve de propriété

1 Les ventes conditionnelles d’immeubles ne sont inscrites au registre foncier qu’après l’avènement de la condition.

2 Le pacte de réserve de propriété ne peut être inscrit.
