Art. 137 a. In the event of acknowledgment or judgment

1 A new prescriptive period commences as of the date of the interruption.

2 If the claim has been acknowledged by public deed or confirmed by court judgment, the new prescriptive period is always ten years.

1 Un nouveau délai commence à courir dès l’interruption.

2 Si la dette a été reconnue dans un titre ou constatée par un jugement, le nouveau délai de prescription est toujours de dix ans.
