Art. 1077 d. Publication

1 The call for presentation of the bill of exchange must be published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce.821

2 In special cases the court may adopt other appropriate means for publicising the call for presentation.

Art. 1074 a. Obligation du requérant

1 Si le détenteur de la lettre de change est inconnu, l’annulation du titre peut être demandée.

2 Celui qui demande l’annulation doit rendre plausible qu’il a été dessaisi du titre sans sa volonté et en produire une copie ou en indiquer la teneur essentielle.
