192.12 Loi fédérale du 22 juin 2007 sur les privilèges, les immunités et les facilités, ainsi que sur les aides financières accordés par la Suisse en tant qu'État hôte (Loi sur l'État hôte, LEH)
Art. 13 Arbitration tribunals
An arbitration tribunal may be accorded privileges, immunities and facilities if:
- a.
- it is established under an arbitration clause in an international treaty or under an agreement between the subjects of international law who are parties to the arbitration; and
- b.
- the parties to the arbitration referred to in letter a above can show a particular need for the arbitration tribunal to sit in Switzerland.
Art. 13 Tribunaux arbitraux
Un tribunal arbitral peut bénéficier de privilèges, d’immunités et de facilités aux conditions suivantes:
- a.
- il est créé en application d’une clause d’arbitrage figurant dans un traité international ou par un accord entre les sujets de droit international parties à l’arbitrage;
- b.
- les parties mentionnées à la let. a justifient d’un besoin particulier que le tribunal siège en Suisse.
