Art. 9 Implementation and administration of the law

1 The Federal Council ensures that the legislation and other decisions of the Federal Assembly are implemented.

2 It shall ensure the administration of administrative justice in as far as it is required to do so by legislation.

Art. 9 Exécution et juridiction

1 Le Conseil fédéral veille à l’exécution des actes normatifs et des autres décisions émanant de l’Assemblée fédérale.

2 Il exerce la juridiction administrative dans les cas où la législation lui en attribue la compétence.
